A UNIVERSE OF CHILDHOOD WONDER

Such a lovely, unusual project. I liked how the CROOT Universe has a whole world of its own: planets, characters, animals and vehicles. It all feels thoughtfully imagined and alive. My child was hooked on the robot stories, and I enjoyed reading about the idea behind the project.

It’s an interesting idea, especially as a project for children. In places, I wished the content were a little easier to navigate so I could move between sections more comfortably. Overall, though, it’s intriguing and original.

I really felt swept up in a vast, magical cosmos. I loved that there’s a central story as well as separate sections about the world, its characters and even news. It feels like there’s a whole universe to discover.

The website made a lovely impression: colourful, lively and quite original. I enjoyed reading about Roborumb and its characters, especially how space travel works there. A good choice for fans of science fiction and children’s stories.

My child and I loved the characters, especially Croot himself—so curious and funny. The stories are kind, with a positive message about friendship and adventure and no unnecessary gloom. It’s also nice to have extra reading material to explore.

I dropped in out of curiosity and ended up staying much longer than I expected. It’s a great world: the vehicles, animals and plants are thoughtfully imagined and easy to understand. A really good format for children or for reading together as a family.

I loved the idea of the CROOT Universe: everything is bright, kind and imaginative. The characters and planet descriptions especially drew me in. They make you want to keep exploring and find out what the robots of Roborumb are up to. You can see how much love has gone into it.
