Plants grow on many planets in the Roborumb system, much as they do on Earth—except that their leaves are blue. The planet Jung-Jungle is especially remarkable: it is a true tropical forest filled with beautiful trees and flowers. Now you can see them for yourself.

Liva

Liva is the most important tree on Jung-Jungle. Its massive trunks branch out to form spacious hollows filled with winding corridors, secret passages, aerial bridges and spiral branches resembling stairways. The interior is always cool, and soft light enters through round windows. Forest robots build cosy homes, workshops and even small gardens inside.

Thanks to their extraordinary trunks, Liva trees become true centres of life in the jungle, bringing forest inhabitants together and providing them with a safe shelter and a beloved home.

Puffdandelion

Puffdandelion is an extraordinary tree that resembles a gigantic dandelion. Its smooth, tall trunk rises towards the sky and supports a wide, fluffy crown like an enormous snow-white sphere floating above the ground. The delicate fibres covering the crown shimmer in sunlight and glow softly in moonlight, creating a magical atmosphere. During the windy season, Puffdandelions open easily and their fluffy seeds drift across the forest, giving life to new trees. The space beneath the crown is always cool and peaceful, and forest dwellers often shelter there from the rain.

Lipalm

Lipalm is one of the most majestic trees on the planet. Its slender trunk soars to the highest level of the jungle, while its branches spread out to form a broad, luxuriant crown of large, soft lilac leaves.

During thunderstorms and heavy rain, Lipalms not only shield young trees from torrents of water; their flexible branches also push the clouds apart and let sunlight reach the new plants. On especially hot days, the leaves close together like an enormous umbrella and create cooling shade.

Bell Tree

The Bell Tree is one of the most unusual plants on Jung-Jungle. Its powerful trunk reaches deep into the ground, and its dense crown is topped with gigantic striped, bell-shaped cups. The cups open towards the rain and collect life-giving water, which later trickles slowly through channels inside the tree to nourish its roots during dry periods.

In hot weather, the Bell Tree becomes a true lifesaver for the forest because fresh water can always be found in its cups. It is not only beautiful but also essential to life on Jung-Jungle, helping the forest maintain its moisture balance.

Wind Oak

Wind Oak is a low tree with a strangely curved trunk that seems to have been twisted into a spiral by powerful winds. Its large, deep burgundy leaves have a velvety surface and grow thickly around the branches, forming a protective canopy over young plants.

During violent storms and strong gusts, the Wind Oak reveals its caring nature: its branches bend down to create a living shield and shelter for delicate saplings, preventing them from bending or breaking.

Maporotnik

Maporotnik is a forest plant resembling an Earth fern, but with a far more mysterious and elaborate shape. Its leaves stretch into thin lilac ribbons that curl into spirals as they grow, creating delicate, lace-like little trees.

Maporotnik grows in shady corners of the forest, where the rays of Robus barely filter through the canopy and cast shifting violet and silver light across its leaves.

Robus Flower

Robus Flower is a woodland bloom with fiery orange-red petals and unusually long stamens. During the day, it turns constantly to follow Robus, while its slender stamens absorb the radiance. At night the flower is transformed: its stamens begin to glow with a warm golden light, like tiny stars scattered across a forest clearing.

Robus Flowers often grow in groups, forming luminous carpets among the Maporotnik plants. These glowing clearings are favourite places for night-time gatherings, fairy tales and quiet conversations in the forest.

Lily-Poppy

Lily-Poppy is a remarkable flower whose large translucent petals look as though they were blown from delicate glass. In the morning light they glow with a soft pearly sheen. By dawn, the Lily-Poppy fills with dew and spends the day watering the surrounding forest, especially the small flowers that need plenty of strength to grow.

It is a fairly large plant, as tall as a young Crootik, with a flower the size of a Crootik’s head.

Fleya

Fleya is a tall lakeside plant that grows along the shores of lakes and ponds. Its slender stems reach upwards, its green leaves are narrow and long, and its tiny flowers are white.

Fleya’s special pride is its wooden, tube-shaped seed heads. They are hard and solid when the plant is young, but gradually dry out and develop fine cracks. As soon as the wind blows, the Fleyas begin to sing, producing delicate, rippling notes like the sound of tiny flutes. On especially windy evenings, it seems as though the entire planet is singing!

Signalia

Signalia is a very useful woodland flower. It resembles a delicate lily of the valley but is exceptionally sensitive to the world around it.

When danger approaches, its buds flash a deep red and produce a melodic but loud ringing sound, like a chorus of little bells. Forest inhabitants immediately know to be careful. On peaceful days, Signalia looks modest: its buds sway gently in the breeze, shimmer with a soft pink hue and release a delicate fragrance.

Kvu Water Lily

The Kvu Water Lily is a bright pink flower resembling an Earth water lily or lotus.

The flower sits on a leaf like food on a plate, and the leaf rests on a stem. Kvu Water Lilies are enormous—about the size of a parasol at a summer café—so forest dwellers can shelter beneath them on hot days.

Crootcoil

Crootcoil is a low-growing herb that forms continuous carpets across forest clearings. Its stems curl like springs and are soft yet resilient. Lying down in a Crootcoil meadow feels like sinking into a fluffy cloud. Local inhabitants love resting there during the day, as though the plant had been created especially for lazy lounging and dreaming beneath the open sky.

Crootcoil is also remarkable for changing colour with the weather. On clear days it glows fresh green, but as storm clouds gather it turns blue-green, reflecting the dramatic mood of nature.
